Return Window: Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used hair and personal care products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us with your order details and clear photos within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
